 We will generally use

 - 250K potentiometers for Fender type pickups (Stratocaster/ Telecaster/ Jazz Bass/ Precision)
 - 500K for P90/ Humbuckers/ Filtertrons
 - Remember to add a capacitor when purchasing the tone potentiometer(s), this part constitutes the tone filter, the potentiometer is only used to control its presence (https://www.euterpeguitare.com/product-page/condensateur)
